AI Operator

Somewhere on the edge of the network hums a bright little arcade — battle arenas, word duels, murder mysteries, prediction leagues. Dreamed with AI, engineered calm, open all night.

02 — The operator

One person, an AI copilot, zero servers.

I'm Antonio Queiroz, an AI Solutions Architect in Lisbon. Every cabinet in this arcade is vibecoded — designed, built and shipped in conversation with AI — then held to boring-technology standards: one Cloudflare Worker each, deterministic game cores, real-time multiplayer without a single server to babysit. The spectacle is the point; the architecture stays calm.
